Unique people developing awesome tours

Awesome Madagascar Tours was founded by husband and wife team Diary and Mihaja to meet the needs of international travellers wanting to see amazing wildlife and also immerse themselves deep into Malagasy culture. By working with only the best local guides we find many hidden gems to incorporate into your itinerary.

As our head office is here in Madagascar, and not overseas, you are assured that all our information is first-hand and up to the minute. We will answer any questions you may have, no matter how complex, swiftly and accurately.

We leave absolutely nothing to chance. Our tours are meticulously planned and prior to departure you will be thoroughly briefed on all aspects of the journey. Although we build in free time at certain points, we aim to ensure that you see the maximum this incredible country has to offer in the time available. Timing is one of our major strong points and we plan well ahead to ensure there are no avoidable hold ups.

"We put a group of six together and from the word go we knew this was going to be a special trip. I swear the Awesome Madagascar guides have eyes in the back of their heads. They were incredible, as was the entire tour. There was never a dull moment and the wildlife and people we encountered were just extraordinary. A great company led by top professionals."
